Located at the OCT Loft, Heavens Books is a cafe and bookstore disguised as a live music venue, or a live music venue and cafe disguised as a bookstore (depending on how you look at it). Either way, Heavens offers plenty of both, with local acts performing regularly to enjoy with a good book or two. While most of the books are in Chinese, there are a few English paperbacks and a decent selection of vinyl LPs and CD's.
