Rapscallions is a restaurant, cafe & bar, with a rooftop terrace serving cocktails with a view of the Futian skyline. Rapscallions also has a good selection of microbrewed beers including Brewdog, Brooklyn lager, and Dead Guy Ale.

Rapscallions is probably the best expat bar in town. The staff are friendly warm and welcoming. The food is great - try the pizzas which are just fab, thin crust with actual oregano. Or the breakfasts which are filling and tasty. The only minor niggle is that outside of happy hour the beer prices start to resemble those in a five star hotel - but that's probably due to the location in the middle of Coco Park's bar area. You won't be disappointed - the music's fresh and funky too.
